Premier Inn Liverpool City Centre (Liverpool One) hotel

Location wise this hotel is perfect, it’s literally 10 minutes walk to everything! I booked 2 rooms for a weekend away with my mum and both were clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were served hot and staff were friendly. The reason why I didn’t give 5 stars was because my room was facing the outside plant machines so there was a constant faint buzzing and there were no bottles of water in the fridge which you usually get with a Premier Plus room.

Normal Prenier Inn experience. Ideally placed for all the attractions. Seemed to be short staffed while we were there. However staff that were there were very nice and helpful. We did not eat there during g our stay as lots of other places were within walking distance.

Fantastic location, right across the street from Liverpool One shopping district, with Bold Street’s great restaurants just a 5 minute walk away. All the major landmarks are within 15 minutes on foot, and there’s even a Tesco right next door for convenience. We stayed in a family room (one double bed and two single beds) ,very spacious and comfortable. When we pushed the three beds together, it felt like a huge bed with lots of room. The room and bathroom were clean and simple, just as expected from Premier Inn. The air conditioning was strong and kept the room perfectly cool for a great night’s sleep. The only minor downside was a bit of noise from cooling units outside the window, but it wasn’t too bad. Parking is easy, there’s a large, secure five level Qpark next to the hotel (£25 per 24 hours). You scan your ticket to enter and exit, which feels safe and convenient.

Staff was helpful. I was awaken by a staff when I had fallen asleep he was a bit rude. I talked to a guy that had just started working there and he was very helpful and nice. Room needed a bit of cleaning but they got it sorted out. I like the purple light above the bed and sleeps nice. The purple light outside got my attention. Great location! Would visit again!

We stayed for 2 nights, first time in Liverpool, location is great and staff were amazing. But the aircon is a bit warm even when the temp was set on 19C and sometimes it turns off. Though everything was great, near to all best restaurants and Liverpool One Mall. Lovely and nicest people!

Great central hotel for a very good price. Great base for exploring the city. Family room was big enough for the 3 of us and clean. Beds very comfortable and air con was there if you needed it. Kiosk screens wouldn't work properly when we checked in but a member of staff was able to do it and was very good. Would stay again when we get back over.

We weren't expecting much. We had booked for 2 nights and were warned that there were ongoing works. We did hear or see any ongoing works. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We were offered extra towels or teabags etc if we needed them. A bit disappointed there were only 2 teabags in room. But we replenished them when we returned back to room. The continental and full breakfasts were excellent. I kept on going back for more. Evening meals were good. However my friend was vegan and gluten intolerant. The staff were helpful but it was a rigmarole working out what was gluten free. However Julia who behind the was the kingpin ofvyhe dining room. She was the star of the show. She sorted everything out with a smile. Went the extra mile. Please give this girl a big bonus as she deserves every penny. So all in very pleasantly surprised.

I stayed at this hotel a few weeks ago for a staff conference. The room was very comfortable and clean and I slept well. Due to rushing in the morning, I left an item behind. I contacted the hotel to see if they could help and Danny could not do enough for me. He posted my item straight away to ensure I had it for my next trip. Thank you Danny and the team!
